In such sunshine and bright March, TEK comes to the 11 years old birthday. I am very excited and proud at this moment; I want to thank TEK to give me this platform. At this exciting moment, please allow me to give a sincerely greeting as a normal staff on behalf of all TEK--- “Happy Birthday TEK, be glory and prosperous”

Thinking back to the past 11 years, it is just like everything is clear to me as yesterday. TEK, grow up from a small company with only dozens employees to a big company with over one thousand employees; grow up from a company with rent workshop to a company with bright new garden factory; grow up from an OEM plant to an own-brand company with powerful RD ability; grow up from coarse production management to lean production management, etc, in the 11 years, TEK is accomplishing its own dream and destination.

As an employee being here for 11 years at TEK, I witness the development of TEK and TEK also offer very good development chance to us. Some of my colleagues asked me if it’s boring to stay same place for such a long time. I just smiled and denied because I am handling different things and problems everyday, I am happy and fulfilled all days while making steps. I have to thank TEK to give me such good opportunity to grow up from a normal operator to an inspector of QA dept., to let me grow up and study things under new pressure. During that, I learned a lot of professional quality knowledge and also level up my own quality sense. It can’t be more than happy after the products pass to the next process and no customer complains after shipment, as it is the best acknowledge to our work.

Right now, with the brilliant decision from the top management, TEK is challenging new targets with new blueprint and layout. United TEK will conquer any difficulty on the way to success; let’s look forward to a ever bright tomorrow.
