In the bright Workshop #1, #2 and new Workshop, all competitors are busy working orderly. The atmosphere is tight and nervous. On the three operation platform, all competitors are much focused and operating adroitly, all audiences are anxious in their eyes and the judge is smiling with satisfaction occasionally. A screw driving competition is taken out and this is the scene of TEK screw driving competition of Y2009.
April 24th in Y2009, HR dept and Manufacture workshop held this competition. Competitors are from Workshop #1, #2 and new workshop, there are totally 55 people joined the competition, Mr.Qu (VP), Mr. Zhu (Manufacture Director), Mrs. Wang (HR Manager) and Mr.Luo (Plant manager) attend the competition. Competitors are all excited and active; they fully show the mien of TEK’s Technical people.
After two and half hours’competiton, Wen,Qing from Workshop #1 got the high score 91, Cao, Pinzeng and Wang, Wendong from Workshop #2 got the 2nd and 3rd price. The Teamwork price is belonging to Workshop #1. Through this skill competition, the atmosphere of “respect work, respect skill” is developed, it will help on the talents training plan and will further distribute to the talents team building.
Skill competition is one of the talent training methods of TEK. To improve the enthusiasm of the staff and achieve the mission to “Provide the best cleaning way for the world”, TEK is holding various skill competitions every year. The competition improves the staff’s skills as well as attitude towards the operation; improve the staff’s attention on the skill trainings and teamwork spirit. As a result, it improves the work efficiency and quality pass rate.
