During the warmth of spring, all the flowers bloom.In order to release work pressure and have a relax mood at weekend,all supervisor and upgrade management level together with centrol stuff went to Taihu Lake---Hawaii ,enjoyed barbecue ,played small intersted  games on the beach,also went to farmhouse of west mountain ,out going in early spring and picking tea.
Not only have a bright heart but also weather smiled on us ,we arrived Taihu Lake—Hawaii at 11:00AM after management meeting .we set 6 groups base on five members on a desk,everyone pool their ideas and then cyclone team .wild beast team .Taihu lake shrimp team .Taihu lake pearl team and al-Qaeda team came out after 5minutes .
Lunch is self-service barbecue,everybody eat with relish,drink fairly made the sparks fly ,activity are rich in content ,such as volleyball .boat-race.tug-of-war and picking flowers,activity were mainly proceeded as team-work and interest games.
During the freely time ,we take whole- family photograph .It’s time to come back ,the team finsh Taihu Lake and West mountain trip---good to the last drop.
The most shining point of this  activity is that we draw  attention of all visitors on the beach  when  singing  TEK’s Song which  come out from  deep heart , indeed leave the cheers and laughers on the vernal land ,bring forth  civilized behaviors and  team work to everyone.Undergo the cold winter and economic winter ,everyone get closed to nature from this out going in spring  ,not only relax on physical but also on heart ,meanwhile company cohesiveness were also grately enhanced .
